By paying the amount of (€10,000) ten thousand euro (“Deposit”), I, the undersigned, do hereby freely and willingly exclusively engage Arton Advisors FZE (“Arton”) to represent me and process my residency application under the Hungarian Guest Investor Program that the Hungarian Government will announce (“Program”) subject to a successful background verification.
I do hereby authorize Arton to charge my credit card for the payment of the abovementioned amount which will be subject to (4%) surcharge.
I do hereby understand, acknowledge and agree that said deposit shall be refundable in full in the following circumstances:
- If I fail to meet Arton and/or the concerned authorities’ due diligence and background verification checks;
- If the Program was not officially launched due to the non-approval by the Hungarian Government;
- If I withdraw from participation in the Program before signing a Client Facilitator Agreement with Arton;
- If my application is refused by the competent authorities in Hungary.
I do hereby understand, acknowledge and agree that in the event of approval of my application by the competent Hungarian authority, said Deposit shall be considered as a downpayment under the Program.
I do hereby understand and agree that while Arton will use reasonable skill and care in a timely and professional manner in order to secure my application within the Program quota, Arton makes no guarantee or assurance that I will be accepted under the Program by the relevant Hungarian authorities as the approval is made under the sole discretion of the relevant Hungarian authorities and Arton is neither involved in the process nor is Arton liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever.
Source of wealth
I do hereby confirm that my accumulated wealth and the funds used for this payment are derived from legitimate sources, which are not linked and/or derived in any way from criminal origin, of whatsoever nature, and in particular do not constitute the proceeds of money laundering or terrorist financing.
Personal data
I consent to Arton processing my personal data for the purpose of securing my application under the Program, and I consent to Arton using my personal data for the purposes described in these terms and conditions, and I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time in the future by sending an email to [email protected].

I declare that I am executing these terms and conditions in favor of Arton with my own will and consent and with full knowledge of its effects and implications on the date signed below.
