On November 18th, 2010, Mrs. Kathleen Weil, Minister of the l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles (MICC), and Mr. Clément Gignac, Minister of the Développement économique, de l’Innovation et de l’Exportation, announced the official reopening of the new Quebec Immigrant Investor Program starting December 1st, 2010.
As required by the Canada-Quebec Accord, Quebec joins the federal government, which had already announced the start of the new Canadian Immigrant Investor Program.
The changes to the Immigrant Investor Programs are intended to enhance their prestige. Read our previous news release for more information on the new Canada Immigrant Investor Program.
