Financial Power of Attorneys must be provided with all applications

Consultants are now required to provide with each file a photocopy of the Financial Power of Attorney under the Investment Agreement signed between the broker/trust company and the immigrant investor.

If MICC employees see the absence of a copy of the Power of Attorney, they will ask the applicant to provide this document. The original versions of the document, including those previously provided, are also accepted.

For all new submissions, please make sure a copy of this document is on the file.

The list of required documents have been amended to reflect this change and are available in our Downloads Section in both English and French.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
